Itinerary

Begijnhof o Beguinario
Minnewater
Walplein Square

On our excursion to Bruges from Brussels we will enjoy a unique day to get to know one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The charm of the set of canals and medieval construction make the city one of the most demanded destinations in Europe.

Our local guides will tell you all the history and will also give you the best recommendations to make you feel like a Belgian. We think that you should enjoy both the cultural part and the current affairs of the country. This mentality is what leads us to have the best comments looking for a unique experience for you.

We will discover Bruges and its historic center declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will enjoy the Lake of Love, also called Minnewater, which is undoubtedly one of the most romantic places in Bruges.

Nearby, the Begijnhof or Beguinary awaits us, this is one of the most representative places of Bruges. We will pass by the Walplein square, the famous Stoofstraat, the church of Notre Dame where the Madonna of Michelangelo is located, the Hospital of St. John one of the oldest in Europe built in the twelfth century.

We will continue our guided tour through the Gruut Palace and the famous and photographed St. Boniface Bridge to reach the most impressive point of Bruges, the quay of the Crowns of Roses.

Our tour will continue through two of the most iconic squares of the city, the Tanners Square and the Town Hall Square where we will tell you about events that took place here and where we will admire the Basilica of the Holy Blood.

The end point of the guided tour will be in the Main Square of Bruges, where the Belfort bell tower is located. At the end of the tour (around 12:30) you will have 4 hours of free time to have lunch and walk around the city at your leisure, taste the exclusive Bruges chocolate and see the famous lace stores.

But beware, it doesn't end there. The icing on the cake of this excursion will not only be a tasting of the fabulous Belgian chocolate. We give you the possibility to put the finishing touch to the day with a boat trip through Bruges, an activity without which the visit to the city is incomplete. The swans will be our companions on this water tour through the canals of Bruges, the real arteries of the city.

Around 18:30 we will be back in Brussels at the same place from where we started the tour. If your schedule does not allow it, and you want to make the most of your trip to Belgium, you can combine the activity with our excursion to Bruges and Ghent in one day and discover the two jewels of Flanders in one day.
