  • Largo, Iglesia y Convento do Carmo

You will run out of words as soon as you enter this church, since it has no roof. it was destroyed during the earthquake of 1755. Listen carefully to the guide for the entire story

  •  Elevador de Santa Justa

It helps you to take a breath between Barrio alto and Rossio without walking up and down the stairs of the city. Enjoy the amazing view!

  • Plaza de Rossio

Rossio Square is the nerve centre, situated in the city’s Baixa neighbourhood, with many locals where tourists meet up. From the square you can also visit Rossio Train Station, with its new gothical façade where the statue of King Sebastião is missing and you will discover why during the tour.

  • Memorial to the Victims

This spheric memorial made by Graça Bachmann and on a proposal from the Jewish Community is a symbol of the Jewish massacre of 1506 

  • The Pombaline downtown

The "Downtown" of Lisbon, or "Pombaline Downtown", as it is also known in honour of Pombal, is the historical and commercial centre of Lisbon. It is made of perpendicular streets with awesome views down to the Tagus, with traditional stores and interesting monuments.

  • Plaza del Comercio

Praça do Comércio is Lisbon’s main square. The southern end of the plaza is open and looks out onto the Tagus River. It was built on the site where the old Royal Palace used to exist before the earthquake of 1755. It is considered the “door” to Lisbon.
