About Guided Tour to the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp Intro

Built-in the city of Oranienburg in 1936, Sachsenhausen served as a concentration camp, an SS training facility, and as a Special Soviet Camp after the war. We'll visit some original locations that witnessed the horror that took place here, and we'll learn about the history of the camp so that it’s never forgotten and in order to honour the victim's memory.

Itinerary Itinerary

During this visit, we'll learn about the prisoner's daily working routine and life, and about the buildings that are still standing today. This, together with the various monuments placed by different ideologies throughout the years, will help us understand the complex history of the camp.
